I am a Wake County native dedicated to serving the citizens of Wake County. I have had the opportunity to watch our county grow first hand including our courthouse and its demands. Having been afforded the opportunity to visualize this growth I have developed a unique and distinctive working knowledge of Wake County District Court. I understand the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for growth in our county and its court system.  I have prosecuted a broad spectrum of criminal offenses in district court through my work with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. Later, as an attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina I provided quality legal advice to those who were indigent or financially unable to get the help they needed.  Now, as a founding partner at McCullers & Whitaker, PLLC; I pride myself on offering intelligent, ethical, and cost effective legal services to my clients.  Each of these steps I have taken in the service of others is important to me as I hold fast to the commitment that there are certain tenants that should be unwavering in our daily pursuit of justice. I believe every citizen deserves to be treated with respect, fairness, and have his or her matter move forward with the rule of law leading the way.
